Frequently asked questions
How do I add a friend?
Open the Find Friends screen from your profile. You can search by username or invite people from your contacts. Send a follow request and once they accept, their logs will appear in your feed.
How do I log a film or TV show?
Tap the Log button, search for the title, and tap to confirm. Your friends will see it in their feed.
Can I edit or delete a log?
Yes. Open your profile, find the log you want to change, and use the menu to edit the date or delete it.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, logs, and follow relationships. The action cannot be undone.
How do I report a bug or inappropriate behaviour?
Email help@mydus.co.uk with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. For inappropriate behaviour, include the username and a brief description of the issue.
How do I turn off notifications?
Open Settings → Notifications in the app, or change the permission in your device’s system settings.
